Whistlingthorn Films has developed a wide slate of feature films, shorts and TV dramas with established writing and directing talent. Current highlights include A Meeting in Seville, a feature film written by BAFTA-nominated comedy writer Paul Mendelson, and Driving Over Lemons, based on international best selling book written by Chris Stewart and adapted by Lucy Shuttleworth (The Secret of Moonacre). Both are UK/Spanish co productions and are scheduled to go into production in 2011 and 2012.
We plan to continue to produce a range of films and dramas, in popular genres, that are intelligent, entertaining, and challenging stories with a strong contemporary resonance.
